Zebra's personnel are certified by the Carpet and Fabricare Institute (CFI), the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR) divisions; the Water Loss Institute (WLI), and the National Institute of Disaster Restoration (NIDR)
